Cassie Swift BA (Hons)

Cassie is a graduate of the School of Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent University. After a substantial period managing the day-to-day operations of Nottingham Pet Sitters, Cassie wanted a new challenge. Rushcliffe offers Cassie the opportunity to work in a more rural setting and combine her equestrian interests locally, with growing a new client base.

Scott Soutar

Scott is Cassie's brother-in-law and has spent much of his adult career in the care industry. After a career move to Toyota, Scott injured his knee during an industrial accident and eventually left the company. During his rehabilitation, Scott was given the opportunity to work in an administrative capacity at our franchise head office.

Here he learnt the business and did a fantastic job moving the franchise forward. When his knee was 100% and the chance arose, Scott opted to take up a pet sitting role in Rushcliffe and has done a great job since.
